Poroskaltim.com, BALIKPAPAN - Dalam rangka memastikan keamanan dan kelancaran selama kunjungan kerja Wakil Presiden Republik Indonesia Gibran Rakabuming Raka di kawasan Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN), Satuan Brimob Polda Kalimantan Timur menerjunkan 1 Satuan Setingkat Kompi (SSK) personel dari Batalyon A Pelopor, Selasa (27/5/2025).
Pengamanan difokuskan pada sejumlah titik strategis, mulai dari akses keluar-masuk kawasan IKN, jalur yang akan dilintasi rombongan Wapres, hingga lokasi utama agenda kunjungan. Personel juga disebar untuk mengantisipasi potensi kerawanan yang dapat mengganggu kelancaran kegiatan kenegaraan tersebut.
Komandan Batalyon A Pelopor Satbrimob Polda Kaltim, Kompol Iwan Pamuji menjelaskan bahwa jajarannya telah bersiaga penuh dan menjalankan pengamanan dengan koordinasi lintas instansi.
“Kami telah menyiapkan pengamanan secara menyeluruh dan profesional. Setiap personel dibekali instruksi teknis sesuai SOP, dan kami terus berkoordinasi dengan TNI serta unsur pengamanan lainnya,” ujarnya.
Sementara itu, Dansat Brimob Polda Kaltim, Kombes Pol Andy Rifai menyampaikan bahwa pengamanan terhadap kunjungan pejabat negara merupakan bagian dari komitmen Brimob dalam menjaga stabilitas nasional, khususnya di wilayah strategis seperti IKN.
“Kami ingin memastikan seluruh rangkaian kegiatan berjalan aman, tertib, dan kondusif,” tegasnya.
Seperti diketahui, kunjungan kerja Wakil Presiden Gibran ke IKN Nusantara bertujuan untuk meninjau langsung progres pembangunan ibu kota baru serta memastikan kelancaran berbagai proyek prioritas nasional di kawasan tersebut. Keberadaan personel Brimob menjadi bagian penting dalam mendukung suksesnya agenda kenegaraan di titik transformasi masa depan Indonesia itu. (*/man)
