Poroskaltim.com, BALIKPAPAN - Ketua Fraksi PDI Perjuangan DPRD Kota Balikpapan, H. Haris menanggapi terkait belum terbentuknya susunan Alat Kelengkapan Dewan (AKD) periode 2024-2029.
Untuk diketahui, dalam keterangan Ketua DPRD Kota Balikpapan yang lalu. Bahwa ada tiga fraksi yang belum menyetorkan nama-nama anggotanya untuk pembentukan AKD. Adapun Fraksi-fraksi disebutkan itu yakni Fraksi PKB, PDI Perjuangan dan Gerindra.
H. Haris mengungkapkan bahwa pertemuan pertama untuk pembentukan AKD sudah pernah dilakukan. Di mana hadir Ketua serta ketiga wakil DPRD Kota Balikpapan dan keenam Ketua Fraksi-fraksi.
"Dalam pertemuan itu terjadi diskusi tentang pembentukan AKD dan badan-badan. Tapi dalam diskusi itu, ada dua lagi fraksi yang menginginkan menjadi ketua Komisi, sehingga total ada tiga fraksi yang menginginkan jadi Ketua Komisi dan Ketua Badan," ungkap H. Haris saat ditemui media, Kamis (24/10/2024).
Disebabkan dari diskusi itu tidak disetujui oleh fraksi lainnya, lanjutnya, maka diskusi menjadi alot. Kemudian fraksi Golkar meminta untuk diskor atau di dealock kan.
Padahal, kata dia, Fraksi-fraksi ini (PKB, PDIP, Gerindra, red) meminta bahwa diskusi itu dilanjutkan supaya AKD selesai. Sembari, para fraksi mengirimkan surat yang diminta.
"Tapi karena di deadlock kan dalam melakukan komunikasi terhadap Fraksi-fraksi dalam mengajukan nama Ketua Komisi, sehingga AKD ini menjadi terhambat," akunya.
Menurut H. Haris, fraksi PDIP tidak menghambat proses pembentukan, dan bukan tidak mau menyetorkan nama-nama dalam susunan AKD, akan tetapi, pihaknya menghindari terjadi kembalinya deadlock saat diskusi kedua dilakukan. Disebabkan tidak ada titik terang antar Fraksi-fraksi.
“Bukannya gak mau kirim surat, tetapi komunikasi masih harus dilakukan. Sebab ada satu fraksi ingin menguasai tiga Komisi. Mana tau diantara Fraksi-fraksi yang lain juga ada keinginan," ucapnya kecewa.
Baginya, di dalam dunia politik semua Fraksi berhak menjadi ketua Komisi. Kendati demikian, pihaknya meminta Ketua DPRD Balikpapan mengambil langkah tegas untuk melakukan rapat kembali guna menemukan kesepakatan yang disetujui keenam Fraksi.
"Jadi kami tidak ada yang namanya menghambat, tapi hanya ingin melalukan komunikasi," tutupnya. (man)
