poroskaltim.com, Balikpapan – Harga gas LPG 3 kg di Kota Balikpapan yang terus melonjak dan sulit didapatkan membuat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kota Balikpapan turun tangan. Dalam Rapat Dengar Pendapat (RDP) yang digelar pada Rabu (12/02/2025), DPRD menghadirkan perwakilan PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, dan Koperasi (Disperindagkop) Kota Balikpapan, LSM Lidik Pro, serta perwakilan masyarakat untuk membahas permasalahan ini.
Ketua Komisi II DPRD Balikpapan, Fauzi Adi Firmansyah, menekankan perlunya pengawasan lebih ketat terhadap distribusi LPG 3 kg, khususnya di tingkat pengecer. Ia menilai lemahnya pengawasan telah membuka celah bagi oknum yang bermain dengan harga. “Kami merekomendasikan sidak di lapangan dan meminta laporan hasilnya. Selama ini, kami tidak pernah dilibatkan dalam sidak, sehingga sulit mengetahui perkembangan yang sebenarnya,” ujar Fauzi.
Keluhan juga disampaikan oleh Ketua LSM Lidik Pro Balikpapan, Agus. Ia menyoroti harga gas LPG 3 kg yang semakin tidak terkendali. “Harga resmi di agen sekitar Rp19 ribu per tabung, tetapi di tingkat pengecer bisa melonjak hingga Rp50 ribu hingga Rp80 ribu. Ini jelas memberatkan masyarakat,” kata Agus.
Namun, Sekretaris Komisi II DPRD Kota Balikpapan, Taufik, menyatakan bahwa kelangkaan LPG 3 kg sebenarnya tidak terjadi. Ia menduga ada oknum yang bermain dalam distribusi gas bersubsidi tersebut. “Persediaan sebenarnya cukup, tetapi ada pihak yang memanfaatkan situasi ini. Perlu ada tindakan tegas untuk memastikan distribusi berjalan sesuai aturan,” tegasnya.
Menanggapi hal ini, perwakilan PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Kalimantan, Hendrik Eko, menyatakan kesiapan pihaknya untuk memperketat pengawasan distribusi LPG 3 kg. “Kami akan kembali melakukan evaluasi, termasuk pengawasan di tingkat agen dan pangkalan. Selain itu, kami juga akan memperkuat sosialisasi penggunaan Aplikasi MAP untuk pemantauan distribusi,” jelasnya.
DPRD Balikpapan berharap langkah-langkah ini dapat mengatasi persoalan tingginya harga dan memastikan LPG 3 kg tersedia dengan harga yang wajar bagi masyarakat. (Rud)
