Poroskaltim.com, NUSANTARA – Otorita Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) terus menunjukkan percepatan pembangunan infrastruktur dasar sebagai tulang punggung konektivitas Kawasan Inti Pusat Pemerintahan (KIPP) IKN. Salah satu fokus utama saat ini adalah pembangunan Jalan 1B - 1C, yang dirancang menjadi jalan utama di KIPP IKN dan berperan penting dalam menghubungkan berbagai persil strategis, mulai dari kawasan pendidikan, pemerintahan, hingga perumahan.
Pembangunan jaringan jalan tersebut dilaksanakan melalui tujuh paket pekerjaan (Paket A–G) dengan rata-rata progres pembangunan telah mencapai 99 persen. Jalan-jalan ini tidak hanya mendukung mobilitas harian, tetapi juga menjadi penghubung antar fungsi kawasan yang akan menopang aktivitas pemerintahan dan kehidupan masyarakat di IKN.
Adapun progres pembangunan masing-masing paket adalah sebagai berikut:
1. Paket A dengan progres 99%, merupakan jalan pada Seksi 1 sepanjang 1,3 km yang menghubungkan hunian vertikal ASN 1 hingga ke arah Lapangan PSSI.
2. Paket B dengan progres 100%, merupakan jalan pada Seksi 2 sepanjang 1,9 km yang akan melewati beberapa persil strategis, termasuk Sekolah Al-Azhar.
3. Paket C dengan progres 100%, merupakan jalan pada Seksi 3 sepanjang 1,8 km yang melayani akses menuju kawasan pendidikan, seperti Sekolah Taruna Nusantara.
4. Paket D dengan progres 100%, merupakan jalan pada Seksi 5 sepanjang 2,2 km yang mendukung konektivitas antar kawasan persil investasi pergudangan sunhub.
5. Paket E dengan progres 99%, merupakan jalan lingkar PSSI sepanjang 2,2 km yang menghubungkan Lapangan PSSI dan RS Mayapada.
6. Paket F dengan progres 100%, merupakan jalan sepanjang 2,5 km yang menghubungkan sisi samping dan lanjutan jalan tol Seksi 6C, melewati persil menuju RS Abdi Waluyo serta terhubung dengan exit Tol Pulau Balang.
7. Paket G dengan progres 100%, merupakan jalan sepanjang 1 km pada Seksi 4 yang mengarah ke Sekolah Taruna Nusantara.
Pembangunan Jalan 1B dan 1C ini menjadi bagian penting dalam mewujudkan sistem transportasi yang terintegrasi, aman, dan efisien di KIPP IKN. Kehadiran jaringan jalan utama tersebut diharapkan dapat mendukung kelancaran aktivitas pemerintahan, pendidikan, layanan kesehatan, serta hunian aparatur negara dan masyarakat di Ibu Kota Nusantara.
