Poroskaltim.com, BALIKPAPAN - Pencarian Korban Laka Kapal Feri KM Muchlisa di Perairan Penajam Paser Utara (PPU) dengan cara menyelami badan kapal membuahkan hasil.
Tim SAR Gabungan berhasil menemukan satu korban bernama Ilham (25) pada pukul 13.59 Wita di deck atas badan kapal tepatnya di kamar istirahat ekonomi.
Kemudian, tim SAR gabungan langsung mengevakuasi korban ke RBB milik Basarnas dan langsung membawa korban menuju Dermaga Semayang Balikpapan.
Dody Setiawan selaku Kepala Kantor Pencarian dan Pertolongan Balikpapan membenarkan bahwa korban ditemukan di badan kapal tepatnya di kamar istirahat ekonomi oleh Diver Tim SAR Gabungan.
"Dan saat ini korban langsung kami evakuasi ke RS Bhayangkara Balikpapan untuk dilakukan proses otopsi," terangnya.
Dody menambahkan, pencarian dengan metode penyelaman terus dilanjutkan mengingat masih ada satu korban yang belum ditemukan an Kahayu (P/22) yang diduga masih terjebak di dalam badan kapal.
”Proses penyelaman di badan kapal mencapai kedalaman 20 meter, dengan kesulitan yang dihadapi adalah visibility/jarak pandang yang buruk," akunya. (man)
