poroskaltim.com, BALIKPAPAN - Kebakaran yang terjadi pada Sabtu (25/10/2025) kemarin tidak hanya meninggalkan kesedihan mendalam bagi para korban, namun juga menyisakan puing-puing bangunan yang hangus terbakar. Sisa seng, kayu, besi, dan material rumah lainnya tampak berserakan di lokasi kejadian, menjadi bukti nyata betapa hebatnya amukan api yang melahap pemukiman warga tersebut.
Untuk meringankan beban para korban sekaligus mempercepat
pemulihan lingkungan, Ketua Lembaga Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (LPM) Baru Ilir
mengambil inisiatif menggelar kerja bakti pembersihan lokasi kebakaran, Minggu
(2/11/2025). Kegiatan ini disambut antusias dan melibatkan berbagai unsur
masyarakat serta aparatur pemerintah.
Anggota DPRD Balikpapan sekaligus Ketua LPM Baru Ilir, Taufik
Qul Rahman, memimpin langsung proses gotong royong tersebut. Ia mengandeng
berbagai pihak, di antaranya Linmas, BPBD, Satpol PP, unsur Kecamatan dan
Kelurahan, Bhabinsa, Babinkamtibmas, anggota LPM, Ketua Proklim, relawan
Katana, serta warga dari RT 29 dan RT 32.
Meski sempat diguyur hujan secara tiba-tiba, semangat
kebersamaan warga tak surut. Para relawan tetap bahu-membahu membersihkan
puing-puing dan mengumpulkan material bangunan yang berserakan, dengan harapan
dapat mempercepat proses penanganan pasca musibah serta memberi ruang bagi
korban untuk mulai bangkit kembali.
"Kami sengaja mengundang para unsur terkait untuk ikut
bergotong royong meringankan pekerjaan saudara-saudara kita yang terkena
musibah kebakaran," ujar Taufik, yang akrab disapa Sang Putra Kilat.
Ia menambahkan bahwa kegiatan ini bukan hanya soal
membersihkan lokasi, tetapi juga bentuk nyata kepedulian sosial dan solidaritas
terhadap warga terdampak bencana.
"Kami ingin menunjukkan bahwa mereka tidak sendirian. Semangat kebersamaan
ini menjadi kekuatan bagi kita semua," tambahnya.
Dengan dukungan berbagai pihak, diharapkan proses pemulihan
kawasan pasca kebakaran dapat berlangsung lebih cepat, serta memberikan harapan
baru bagi para korban untuk membangun kembali rumah mereka. (rud)
