Poroskaltim.com, NUNUKAN - Personel Satgas Pamtas RI-Malaysia Yonarmed 11/GG bersama pihak Kepolisian dari Pospol Sei Ular berhasil mengamankan dua warga sipil yang diduga melakukan tindak pidana asusila terhadap dua remaja putri di bawah umur di wilayah perkebunan PT BSI, Desa Sekaduyan Taka, Kecamatan Simanggaris, Kabupaten Nunukan, Kalimantan Utara, Kamis (1/05/25).
Kedua pelaku yang diketahui bernama Andi Abiabobe (24) dan Tanel Saefatuh (24), merupakan buruh harian lepas asal Nusa Tenggara Timur. Mereka diduga membawa lari dua remaja putri, NF (13) dan FB (15), sejak Selasa (29/4/25) malam tanpa seizin orang tua. Kejadian ini baru dilaporkan ke Pos Gabma Simanggaris pada Rabu siang (30/04/25) oleh pihak keluarga korban.
Mendapat laporan tersebut, Danpos Gabma Simanggaris, Letda Arm Tofano Adita Bangun bersama enam personel Satgas, langsung berkoordinasi dengan Kapolsek Sungai Ular serta tim pengamanan PT BSI untuk melakukan pencarian. Upaya pencarian akhirnya membuahkan hasil pada Rabu malam sekitar pukul 23.30 WITA, ketika kedua pelaku dan korban ditemukan di area perbukitan Tugu Burung, kawasan PT BSI.
Selanjutnya, para pelaku dan korban diamankan di Pos Gabma Simanggaris untuk dimintai keterangan lebih lanjut. Mediasi yang melibatkan keluarga korban, perwakilan keamanan perusahaan, dan aparat kepolisian digelar keesokan harinya.
Dalam mediasi tersebut, keluarga korban menyatakan penolakan terhadap penyelesaian kekeluargaan dan memilih menempuh jalur hukum.
Usai mediasi, pada Kamis siang (1/5/25), dua pelaku beserta korban diserahkan oleh Danpos Gabma kepada Aipda Marangkup Anwar dari Pospol Sei Ular, dan selanjutnya dibawa ke Polsek Nunukan untuk proses hukum lebih lanjut.
Menurut pengakuan awal, baik pelaku maupun korban menyebutkan tidak terjadi hubungan layaknya suami istri, namun kasus tetap dilanjutkan sesuai hukum mengingat korban masih di bawah umur dan tindakan pelaku telah menimbulkan keresahan bagi keluarga korban.
Kejadian ini kembali menegaskan komitmen Satgas Pamtas dalam menjaga keamanan dan ketertiban di wilayah perbatasan, sekaligus menunjukkan sinergi yang kuat antara TNI, kepolisian, dan masyarakat dalam menangani persoalan hukum di daerah terpencil. (*/man)
