Poroskaltim.com, KRAYAN - Satgas Pamtas RI-Mly Yonzipur 8/SMG kembali menggagalkan upaya penyelundupan barang ilegal dari Malaysia di perbatasan Krayan, Kabupaten Nunukan, Kalimantan Utara, Kamis (27/02/25).
Operasi ini dipimpin langsung oleh Wadansatgas, Kapten Czi Aryo Eko Saputro, bersama anggota Pos Gabma Long Midang SSK I. Berawal dari laporan warga yang melihat aktivitas mencurigakan di jalur tikus, tim segera melakukan patroli keamanan.
Pada pukul 14.45 WITA, Praka Ferik Pratama menemukan barang-barang mencurigakan yang disembunyikan di dalam lubang pohon tumbang. Setelah diperiksa, ditemukan 48 botol minuman keras (miras) merek Lucky, 20 bungkus (1 kg/bungkus) tepung gandum, dan 20 bungkus (1 kg/bungkus) gula pasir asal Malaysia.
"Barang-barang ini diduga kuat akan diselundupkan ke wilayah Indonesia melalui jalur tikus untuk menghindari pemeriksaan resmi," ujar Kapten Aryo.
Seluruh barang bukti kini diamankan di Pos Gabma Long Midang untuk diproses lebih lanjut.
Ia menegaskan bahwa Pos Gabma Long Midang berada di jalur perlintasan langsung dengan Malaysia dan memiliki banyak jalur tikus yang rawan digunakan untuk penyelundupan. Oleh karena itu, patroli rutin akan terus ditingkatkan.
"Kami akan terus meningkatkan pengawasan untuk mencegah masuknya barang-barang ilegal yang dapat merugikan negara dan masyarakat," tegasnya. (*/rud)
