poroskaltim.com- BALIKPAPAN - Dalam menjalankan fungsi pengawasan sebagai pihak legislatif, Komisi II DPRD kota Balikpapan kembali menggelar Rapat Dengar Pendapat (RDP) bersama mitra kerjanya.
Kali ini, Selasa (19/11/2024) pagi, RDP yang dipimpin oleh Sekretaris Komisi II DPRD kota Balikpapan, Taufik Qul Rahman mengundang mitra kerja dari Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD).
Sekretaris Komisi II DPRD Balikpapan, Taufik Qul Rahman mengatakan bahwa adapun pertemuan itu dilakukan, bertujuan untuk membahas pengelolaan aset daerah yang rawan hilang dan penyalahgunaan.
Dengan begitu, pihaknya mendorong BPKAD untuk segera mengamankan aset daerah dengan disertifikasi. Supaya tidak jatuh ke tangan oknum yang memanfaatkan kelemahan administrasi Pemerintah, dan diserobot oleh pihak-pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab.
“Kami fokus pada aset-aset daerah yang sangat penting, terutama yang belum disertifikatkan. Diharapkan ditahun mendatang semua aset sudah terkelola dengan baik dan tersertifikasi, agar tidak ada penyalahgunaan atau penyerobotan oleh pihak luar,” kata Taufik saat ditemui di ruang kerjanya.
Di samping itu, Taufik putra kilat sapaan karibnya menegaskan pentingnya pengawasan terhadap penggunaan dana yang telah dialokasikan, untuk pengelolaan aset.
Ia berharap pada Januari 2025, Komisi II DPRD Balikpapan dapat lebih intensif melakukan pengawasan lapangan untuk memastikan pengelolaan aset berjalan sesuai rencana.
"Karena ada beberapa aset milik pemerintah kota yang sudah puluhan tahun digunakan untuk hak guna bangunan (hgb) saja, tapi diakui-akui itu miliknya, padahal sertifikatnya tidak ada. Jadi ini yang kami tekankan kepada BPKAD untuk segera ambil ahli semua milik pemkot tersebut," tegas politisi PKB itu.
"Tapi sudah ada 200an aset milik pemkot yang sudah disertifikatkan, sisanya belum," sambungnya.
RDP ini, tambah Taufik, juga menekankan perlunya target yang jelas dalam pengamanan aset dengan percepatan sertifikasi, untuk rencana tindak lanjut dalam memastikan hasil yang optimal sebelum pembahasan anggaran tahun berikutnya.
"Jadi kami tidak hanya berbicara teori, tetapi kami akan turun langsung ke lapangan dan memastikan semua program ini berjalan dengan maksimal,” tuntasnya. (man)
