Poroskaltim.com, BALIKPAPAN - Mengacu pada gugatan yang dilayangkan beberapa paslon yang bersengketa di Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) 2024, diperkirakan akan membuat agenda pelantikan Gubernur serta Bupati/Wali Kota terpilih mengalami kemunduran.
Komisioner Divisi Penyelenggaraan KPU Kota Balikpapan, Farida Asmauanna mengatakan, kalau mengikuti Peraturan Presiden (Perpres) nomor 80 tahun 2024 yang dipedomi bersama, mestinya untuk jadwal pelantikan Gubernur jatuh pada tanggal 7 Februari 2025, sedangkan Wali Kota/Bupati di tanggal 10 februari tahun 2025.

Namun dikarenakan beberapa paslon sedang berproses sengketa di Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK), lanjut Farida, maka Ketua Komisi II Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Republik Indonesia (DPR RI) sudah menyampaikan kemungkinan akan adanya Peraturan Presiden (Perpres) baru yang dikeluarkan.
"Di mana perkiraannya untuk pelantikan Gubernur, Bupati dan Wali Kota akan diundur ke bulan Maret 2025," ungkap Farida kepada media belum lama ini.
Mantan Koordinator Divisi Sumber Daya Manusia dan Organisasi Bawaslu Balikpapan ini menegaskan, bahwa perubahan itu sejatinya karena beradasarkan prinsip keserentakan Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) tahun 2024, baik yang kemudian prosesnya tanpa sengketa maupun yang bersengketa, sehingga pelantikannya juga dilakukan secara serentak.
"Insyaallah pelantikannya serentak juga dibulan Maret. Itu yang disampaikan Ketua Komisi II DPR RI," ujar Farida.
Saat ini, tambah dia, KPU kota Balikpapan pun masih menunggu arahan serta keputusan Peraturan Presiden (Perpres) tersebut, untuk sama-sama ditindaklanjuti dan dipedomi menjadi pelantikan serentak.
"Jadi kami sama-sama menunggu peraturan presiden tersebut," tutupnya. (man)
