poroskaltim.com, BALIKPAPAN – Kegiatan Safari Ramadan 1446 Hijriah yang digelar Pemerintah Kota Balikpapan menjadi ajang mempererat silaturahmi sekaligus mengajak masyarakat meningkatkan ibadah dan kepedulian sosial. Acara yang berlangsung di Aula Rumah Jabatan Wali Kota, Jalan Syarifuddin Yos, pada Selasa (4/3/2025) malam ini dihadiri oleh berbagai elemen, termasuk Wali Kota Rahmad Mas'ud, Wakil Wali Kota Bagus Susetyo, para pimpinan OPD, serta anggota dewan.
Rangkaian kegiatan diawali dengan memberikan bantuan kepada beberapa pondok pesantren yang ada di kota balikpapan, setelah buka puasa bersama, acara dilanjutkan dengan Salat Magrib, Isya, dan Tarawih berjamaah. KH. Jailani Mawardi dan Muchtar Nashir Habib Mahdar Abu Bakar Al Qadri turut hadir sebagai imam dan penceramah, memberikan siraman rohani kepada para jamaah yang hadir.
Dalam kesempatan ini, Wali Kota Rahmad Mas'ud menekankan pentingnya memanfaatkan bulan Ramadan untuk meningkatkan ibadah, tidak hanya dengan menunaikan puasa dan salat wajib, tetapi juga dengan berzakat. Ia mengajak masyarakat untuk lebih peduli kepada sesama, terutama kaum dhuafa.
"Zakat adalah bagian penting dalam kehidupan kita. Jika ingin hidup penuh berkah, perbanyaklah berzakat dan santuni mereka yang membutuhkan, seperti janda tua dan fakir miskin," ujarnya.
Ia juga berharap Ramadan tahun ini dapat dijalankan dengan penuh ketenangan dan kekhusyukan, sehingga dapat membawa dampak positif bagi individu maupun lingkungan sekitar.
Sementara itu, Wakil Wali Kota Bagus Susetyo menyoroti pentingnya kebersamaan dalam lingkup pemerintahan. Ia mengapresiasi kekompakan dinas-dinas di lingkungan Pemkot Balikpapan yang turut hadir dalam Safari Ramadan, menandakan sinergi yang baik tidak hanya dalam urusan pemerintahan tetapi juga dalam hal spiritual.
"Kehadiran seluruh perwakilan OPD menunjukkan bahwa kebersamaan di Pemkot Balikpapan tetap solid di bawah kepemimpinan Pak Rahmad. Ini menjadi langkah positif untuk kemajuan kota dan kesejahteraan masyarakat," ungkapnya.
Safari Ramadan ini menjadi momentum penting untuk memperkuat nilai-nilai keagamaan, kebersamaan, serta kepedulian sosial di tengah masyarakat Balikpapan, sejalan dengan semangat Ramadan yang penuh berkah. (rud)
