Poroskaltim.com, BALIKPAPAN - DPRD Kota Balikpapan bersama Pemerintah Kota menyetujui rencana pembentukan Raperda terkait struktur perangkat daerah dalam Rapat Paripurna ke-26 Masa Sidang I tahun 2024/2025 di Ballroom Maxone Hotel, pada Senin (4/10/2024).
Wakil Ketua DPRD Balikpapan, Muhammad Taqwa mengungkapkan, bahwa seluruh fraksi telah menyampaikan pandangan umumnya. Kemudian, seluruhnya menyetujui rencana pembentukan Raperda terkait struktur perangkat daerah.
“Jadi di dalam paripurna tadi, pandangan umum Fraksi-fraksi sudah dijawab oleh PJ walikota. Dan sebagian besar dari anggota dewan ini menyampaikan bahwa setuju dan sependapat terkait pembentukan Peraturan Daerah terkait perangkat daerah,” ungkapnya seusai memimpin jalannya Paripurna.
Menurutnya, pembentukan Raperda ini memang harus diperhatikan, karena disetiap pemerintahan dengan presiden yang baru, tentunya memungkinkan terjadi perubahan struktur organisasi dalam pemerintahan.
Dengan demikian, tambahnya, aturan ini menjadi penting karena setiap daerah harus update dan relevan dengan skala kebutuhan, prioritas dan kondisi terkini kemasyarakatan.
“Makanya sama-sama diperhatikan dan kami kaji mengenai Raperda yang penting ini, terkait skala prioritas yang menjadikan masyarakat sekarang dan tentunya juga relevan,” tuntasnya.
Adapun Paripurna yang juga dihadiri Forkompinda dan OPD di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Balikpapan itu, beragenda penyampaian jawaban Wali Kota terhadap pemandangan umum Fraksi-fraksi DPRD Kota Balikpapan atas Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Raperda) kota Balikpapan tentang pembentukan dan susunan perangkat daerah dilanjutkan dengan penandatanganan berita acara pembicaraan tingkat I.
