poroskaltim.com, BALIKPAPAN - Shienra Studio kembali bergerak di dunia perfilman dengan proyek terbarunya Taman Langit. Setelah menuai apresiasi lewat film perdana Manthara yang tayang 29 Juni 2025 lalu, sutradara sekaligus produser Supriyadi Muchtar kini tengah fokus menyelesaikan film yang sarat pesan kehidupan ini.
Proses produksi Taman Langit telah memasuki tahap keempat. Saat ditemui di lokasi syuting di kawasan Tennis Indoor BJBJ, Balikpapan Selatan, Rabu (30/7/2025), Supriyadi membocorkan garis besar cerita yang diangkat.
“Film ini mengisahkan perjuangan anak-anak dalam menuntut ilmu. Ada juga karakter penyandang disabilitas yang sempat kehilangan semangat, tetapi akhirnya bangkit kembali setelah mendapat inspirasi,” ungkapnya.
Film ini digarap dengan memanfaatkan sepenuhnya talenta lokal. Selain lokasi syuting utama, Supriyadi berencana membawa kamera ke beberapa spot ikonik Balikpapan, seperti Klandasan, Manggar, Kebun Raya, dan Kampung Baru.
“Kami ingin menangkap keindahan kota ini secara sinematik, sekaligus memberdayakan aktor-aktor lokal yang punya potensi besar,” jelasnya.
Taman Langit merupakan produksi Kudungga Pictures yang diharapkan mampu memberi dorongan bagi generasi muda, terutama pelajar dan calon filmmaker di Balikpapan.
“Kami ingin karya ini menjadi bukti bahwa film buatan anak daerah bisa bersaing dan punya tempat di bioskop. Harapan saya, cerita yang kami suguhkan bisa menjadi motivasi bagi siapa saja yang menontonnya,” tutur Supriyadi.
Meski jadwal rilis belum ditentukan, Supriyadi memastikan film ini akan menjadi tontonan yang menghibur sekaligus menyentuh hati.
“Waktu penayangannya akan kami umumkan nanti. Yang jelas, kami ingin menghadirkan film yang utuh meskipun sepenuhnya digarap oleh putra-putri Balikpapan,” pungkasnya. (man)
