Poroskaltim.com, BALIKPAPAN - Setelah suasana Lebaran mereda dan aktivitas masyarakat kembali normal, Pemerintah Kota Balikpapan langsung mengambil langkah cepat.
Ya, Selasa (8/4/2025) pagi, Wali Kota Balikpapan Rahmad Mas’ud turun langsung meninjau sejumlah titik layanan publik, memastikan roda pemerintahan kembali berjalan sebagaimana mestinya.
Bersama Wakil Wali Kota Bagus Susetyo dan Sekretaris Daerah Muhaimin, ia melakukan inspeksi mendadak ke sejumlah fasilitas, di antaranya Puskesmas Klandasan Ilir dan Kantor Kelurahan Muara Rapak. Fokus utama sidak ini adalah mengecek kehadiran serta kesiapan ASN (Aparatur Sipil Negara) dalam memberikan pelayanan optimal di hari pertama pascalibur.
"Kami ingin memastikan, tak ada lagi ASN yang menambah hari libur. Semua harus kembali bekerja tepat waktu dan memberikan pelayanan terbaik bagi warga," tegas Rahmad saat ditemui di sela kegiatan.
Di Puskesmas Klandasan Ilir, antrean warga tampak cukup ramai. Namun, Rahmad menilai hal tersebut masih dalam batas wajar, mengingat banyak warga memanfaatkan momen ini untuk mengecek kondisi kesehatan usai merayakan Lebaran.
“Biasanya setelah Lebaran, keluhan seperti tekanan darah tinggi atau kolesterol memang meningkat. Saya mengimbau masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan layanan puskesmas, apalagi sekarang BPJS bisa diakses gratis,” jelasnya.
Kunjungan tersebut sekaligus menjadi pengingat bagi seluruh ASN agar tetap menjaga kedisiplinan dan komitmen terhadap tugas pelayanan.
Senada dengan Rahmad, Sekda Muhaimin juga menekankan pentingnya kepatuhan terhadap aturan cuti. Ia mengingatkan bahwa sesuai Peraturan Wali Kota, ASN tidak diperkenankan menggabungkan cuti bersama dengan cuti tahunan.
“Cuti bersama resmi berakhir 7 April. Artinya, mulai tanggal 8 semua ASN wajib hadir tanpa kecuali, kecuali sakit dengan surat keterangan resmi. Tidak ada alasan lain,” ujar Muhaimin.
Ia menambahkan, jika ditemukan pelanggaran, maka proses penegakan disiplin akan segera dijalankan. Semua laporan absensi ASN hari pertama kerja akan dikompilasi oleh BKPSDM untuk ditindaklanjuti sesuai tingkat pelanggarannya. (man)
