Poroskaltim.com, BALIKPAPAN - Setelah tiga hari dinyatakan hilang di perairan Pantai Tanjung Bayur, Kelurahan Teritip, Balikpapan Timur, seorang pemancing bernama Johan Hartani (40) akhirnya ditemukan oleh Tim SAR gabungan, termasuk personel Batalyon A Pelopor Satbrimob Polda Kaltim dengan kondisi tak bernyawa.
Pasalnya, korban asal dari Kelurahan Teritip itu diduga terpeleset dan hanyut saat beraktivitas di pantai pada Sabtu (5/4/25) lalu.
Menurut Danyon A Pelopor Satbrimob Polda Kaltim, Kompol Iwan Pamuji, bahwa jenazah korban berhasil ditemukan pada Senin (7/0/25) sekitar pukul 10.00 WITA di perairan Balikpapan.
Evakuasi segera dilakukan, dan jenazah dibawa ke rumah sakit terdekat untuk pemeriksaan lebih lanjut.
“Kami telah memindahkan jenazah ke Posko pencarian di Pantai Manggar untuk proses identifikasi,” jelas Kompol Iwan Pamuji.
Kompol Iwan Pamuji melanjutkan, adapun pencarian intensif dilakukan sejak hari pertama korban dilaporkan hilang. Tim SAR gabungan bekerja sama dengan berbagai pihak untuk memperluas area pencarian.
Tak lupa, Kompol Iwan pun mengucapkan belasungkawanya kepada keluarga korban, dan mengimbau kepada seluruh masyarakat khususnya sekitar agar selalu berhati-hati dalam beraktivitas, terutama di wilayah perairan.
“Kami turut berduka atas musibah ini. Semoga keluarga diberi kekuatan. Kami juga mengingatkan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kewaspadaan, khususnya saat beraktivitas di dekat perairan,” tegasnya. (*/man)
