Poroskaltim.com, BALIKPAPAN - Satuan Brimob Polda Kaltim Batalyon A Pelopor menurunkan 1 SSR personel untuk melakukan patroli dan pengamanan perayaan Waisak 2025 di Kota Balikpapan.
Danyon A Pelopor Kompol Iwan Pamuji, SH, MH menyebutkan bahwa selama rangkaian kegiatan perayaan Waisak 2025, pihaknya menurunkan tim patroli roda dua.
“Jadi kita menurunkan tim patroli untuk memonitor situasi dan mengamankan hari raya Waisak,” kata Kompol Iwan Pamuji, Senin (12/5/2025).
Selain mengamankan lokasi rumah ibadah Vihara, personel yang diturunkan ini juga sambang dialogis ke lokasi-lokasi wisata di Kota Balikpapan.
“Beberapa lokasi kami sambangi, termasuk lokasi atau jalur wisata yang ada di Kota Balikpapan,” terang Kompol Iwan Pamuji.
Tim patroli Batalyon A Pelopor Satbrimob Polda Kaltim melakukan sambang dan pengamanan di beberapa vihara diantaranya Vihara Eka Dharma Manggala JL. Markoni Atas, Vihara Budha Maitreya Jl. Ahmad Yani, Dhamma Vihara Jalan Mayjend Sutoyo dan Vihara Chuang Heng Fo Yuen Jalan Pupuk Raya Kota Balikpapan.
Dansat Brimob Polda Kaltim Kombes Pol. Andy Rifai, SIK, MH turut menambahkan, patroli dan Pengamanan ini dilakukan oleh jajaran Batalyon A Pelopor guna memastikan tidak ada gangguan apapun saat perayaan Waisak 2025.
“Iya, kita melakukan patroli dan pengamanan ke rumah ibadah vihara saat hari Raya Waisak dan untuk memastikan tidak adanya aksi teror dan menjaga keamanan dan kenyamanan bagi masyarakat yang merayakan,” tutupnya. (ris)
