Poroskaltim.com, BALIKPAPAN - Pemerintah Kota Balikpapan memberikan perhatian serius kepada pelaku pelanggar pedagang eceran BBM. Begitupun dengan maraknya pedagang Minuman Miras (Miras) ilegal yang beredar di kota Beriman.
Ya, melalui Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) Balikpapan, sebanyak 37 Pom Mini dan 1.089 Botol/Kaleng Minuman Miras (Miras) telah dimusnahkan, pada Rabu (26/2/2025).
Disaksikan langsung oleh Dinas/Pihak terkait berserta awak media, pemusnahan Pom Mini dilakukan di kantor Satpol PP Balikpapan menggunakan Excavator mini. Sedangkan seluruh isi Miras dituangkan ke dalam tong sampah.
Kepala Satpol PP Balikpapan, Boedi Liliono mengatakan, bahwa untuk razia Pom Mini tentunya akan kembali dilakukan, namun dilaksanakan dengan pola acak, guna mengantisipasi kucing-kucingan dengan para pelanggar.
"Jadi kami sistem razianya secara random untuk ke mana-mananya, supaya tidak ketahuan arah tujuan treknya," ungkapnya kepada media.
"Nanti kami juga ke jalanan lagi sambil melihat, sekaligus melakukan pembinaan tiap wilayah. Dalam surat edaran terbaru sudah diberi tau wilayah-wilayah yang menyalahi aturan, dan jika masih ada yang mengecer BBM, maka akan ditindak," tegasnya.
Boedi menambahkan, bahwa ada sebanyak ratusan liter BBM yang dikeluarkan dari dalam tanki Pom Mini yang dimusnahkan tersebut. Akan tetapi, bensin eceran itu belum diketahui akan ditindak seperti apa, karena Satpol PP masih menunggu hasil sidang yang rencana terlaksana besok.
"Akan disidangkan besok, untuk menentukan akan ditindak seperti apa. Jadi kita liat putusan pengadilan nanti, mau diapakan BBM barang bukti ini. Apakah dijual atau dimusnakan juga," tutupnya. (man)
